The Haven Collection, Inc. and its affiliates (“Haven,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our websites and related childcare, workspace, fitness, and other services. (collectively, our “Services” or “Platform”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from users of our Services (“Users”). - Information You Provide to Us.
Registration and Profile Information. When you sign up for an account or membership, register to use our Services, sign up for notifications or updates, or participate in our surveys, we may ask you for your name, email address, date of birth, and phone number and for information about your children including their names, ages, allergies, and vaccinations. If you sign up using a social media account, we will also receive information from those social media services such as your name, email address, gender, date of birth, profile photo, and friends.

For example, when you contact our teachers, administrators, or Customer Support Team, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better User experience and improve our Services.
Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn.

On-site Wi-Fi. When you connect to our on-site Wi-Fi, we receive information about you and your device, including your device’s media access control (MAC) address (a unique number associated with your mobile device that is used to find local networks your device can connect to), IP address, received signal strength indicator (RSSI), and technical details about your device such as its operating system, device type (including make and model), and technical capabilities.
Information from on-site technologies. We may also collect information when you are visiting our clubs. Like many facilities, we have on-site video cameras that, in addition to serving a security function, help us understand User behavior within our physical spaces.
- Information We Receive from Third Parties.
Information from third-party services. If you choose to link our Services to a third-party account, we may receive information about you, including your profile information and your photo, and your use of the third-party account.
