We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

1. Information You Provide to Us.

Registration and Profile Information. When you sign up for an account or membership, register to use our Services, sign up for notifications or updates, or participate in our surveys, we may ask you for your name, email address, date of birth, and phone number and for information about your children including their names, ages, allergies, and vaccinations. If you sign up using a social media account, we will also receive information from those social media services such as your name, email address, gender, date of birth, profile photo, and friends. 

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact our teachers, administrators, or Customer Support Team, we will receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better User experience and improve our Services.

Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through LinkedIn. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn. 

Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.

Location Information. When you use our Services, we infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address.

Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens. 

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the searches you conduct, purchases you make, your comments, any content you post, and the dates and times of your visits.

Your Contacts. If you permit us to access the address book on your device or give us permission to import your contacts from an email account associated with your account, we may access and store names and contact information from your address book to facilitate invitations and social interactions that you initiate through our Services and for other purposes described in this privacy policy or at the time of consent or collection. 

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Call and Text Information. We may collect and store call and text information to provide and improve our services. Your call and text information is treated with the utmost confidentiality, and we will not disclose it except as required by law or with your consent. On-site Wi-Fi. When you connect to our on-site Wi-Fi, we receive information about you and your device, including your device’s media access control (MAC) address (a unique number associated with your mobile device that is used to find local networks your device can connect to), IP address, received signal strength indicator (RSSI), and technical details about your device such as its operating system, device type (including make and model), and technical capabilities. 

Information from on-site technologies. We may also collect information when you are visiting our clubs. Like many facilities, we have on-site video cameras that, in addition to serving a security function, help us understand User behavior within our physical spaces. 

1. Information We Receive from Third Parties. 

Information from third-party services. If you choose to link our Services to a third-party account, we may receive information about you, including your profile information and your photo, and your use of the third-party account. If you wish to limit the information available to us, you should visit the privacy settings of your third-party accounts to learn about your options.

How We Use the Information We Collect

User Content. Users are able to post comments to our blog. If you post comments to our blog, your comments along with your name or profile information may be visible to others. Social Networks and Other Online Services. Our Services allow you to, upon your direction, share information with social networking services, such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Marketing.
